Minutes of SIXTEENTH monthly Meeting

Minutes of the 16th meeting held on 1st January, 2024 at 5:00 pm in the Ramalayam premises:

The 16th Monthly Meeting.

The 16th Monthly General Body Meeting of our Association was held on 1st January, 2024, in the premises of Ramalayam.
The discussions and resolutions are given below;

Minutes of the 16th meeting held on 1st January, 2024, at 5:00 pm in the Ramalayam premises:

1. 16 members attended the monthly meeting held on 1/1/2024. May be due to New Year celebrations most of the members couldn’t attend the meeting. As the president was out-of-station, V. Narasimha Rao garu, advisor was requested to conduct the meeting.

2. All the members present on that day greeted each other a happy new year. Sweet packets were distributed to all the members.

3. As the president was out of station, the decision about get-together party is postponed to next meeting.

4. The finance secretary cum treasurer announced that the financial statement of 2023 (starting from 1-1-2023 to 31-12-2023) will be submitted in the next February, 2024 meeting.

5. The meeting was concluded with vote of thanks by V. Venu Mohana Rao garu.
